Cancellation / No Show Policy Your appointment is time that has been reserved exclusively for you.We require a 24-hour advance notice to cancel your appointment without receiving a cancellation charge of $25.00. If you do not show up at all, then you will be charged 100%of the time reserved.This is a courtesy to our staff members, and allows us to better accommodate the needs of other clients. 10 service fee may be charged with less than 24 hours notice.
For our new clients, a credit card number may be required to hold your reservation for your initial session. Your credit card will not be charged unless you were a no show. Late Arrival Policy Arriving late may deprive you of your full massage time. As a courtesy to our next client, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. Customer Responsibility Tranquility Therapeutic Massage strictly operates as a therapeutic wellness center. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with FULL payment due. Privacy Your personal information is kept confidentially in your file and is only seen by the massage therapist.Additionally, your email and home address are only used for the purpose of notifications from Tranquility Therapeutic Massage.
