Our Policies

 

We are a small business and want to accomodate all of our clients.  To better ensure reservations, we ask that you read the following policies.

Cancellations:  All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay the $25.00.  This fee is for the courtesy of all staff members.

No Shows:  No shows will be required to pay 100% of the service booked.  This fee is also for the courtesy of all staff members.

Arriving Late:  Your appointment is for the time and service booked.  You may be deprived of time due to being late.  We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior:  We strictly enforce that we provide therapeutic services only.  Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated and will result in termination of your session.  100% of the session will be due at time of termination.

(New customers may be required to give a credit card number to hold their first appointment)
